Please note the following before proceeding to fill out the registration form for WRC2026
- The first step is to have approval from your WRO member organisation that you are sanctioned to attend. Request that they contact the WRO in order that you receive a team access code
- Once you receive the team access code, you can then register on the WRO website and begin registering for the event.
- The initial stage once you have registered is the uploading a completed Authorisation and Indemnity form [ signed by someone who is authorised to have you covered by your organisations insurance] This form is downloadable from the site and is required when completed , to be uploaded in order to advance.
- Once that has been done you will then be presented with the team information online form, input the team members names and contact details, ensure to include a point of contact number for the event [ this is used to have a WRC WhatsApp messaging group] please ensure you have your international dial code included.
- Once the above stage is completed you can then access the market page, this will offer you Trauma or extrication alongside an opportunity to purchase additional tickets for Opening ceremony, SWAPS night and closing ceremony. Once you have selected what you require, go to checkout, select your payment method, by card or by Invoice[note there are deadlines for payments due].
- Last but least , submit a small bio [ team brief] and a current team photo.
