Razina članstva 3
Comprises of member organisations working towards Level Two that meet the entire Level Three criterion (Pogledajte kriterije za članstvo u nastavku). Level Three member organisations may nominate two observers to represent their organisation at WRO committee meetings. Level Three members will have no voting rights.
Kriterij:
- Must demonstrate interest in, or be in the process of, developing a National Rescue Organisation which is recognised by the WRO and which follows WRO guidelines.
- Must demonstrate the capability to organise and run a National Rescue Challenge on an ongoing basis.
