Carlos Amaro – Izvlačenje

Carlos Amaro as been a Firefighter in Lisbon Fire Brigade (Regimento Sapadores Bombeiros Lisboa) od 2001, currently holding the rank of Subchefe Principal.

Od 2023 he is “First Intervention Chief” at the Special Operations and Training Battalion (BIDF) and he is the Coordinator of the “Rescue Intervention Team” (RIT) and Urban Search & Spasiti (USAR) Modules.

From 2016 to July 2024, he was Coordinater and Instructer at the RSB Lisboa Fire School.

From 2008 do 2014, he was deployed at the Lisbon International Airport.

U 2023, as a member of the Portuguese Joint Operational Force (FOCon), he participated in Urban Search and Rescue operations in Turkey after the devastating earthquakes in the country. During the mission, he participated in the rescue of a 10-year-old child, named Baran, who had been buried for six days.

For his service, he had the honor of being awarded the Medal of the Order of Merit by the President of the Republic of Portugal, Professor Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.

U 2012, he was one of the co-founders of Associação Nacional de Salvamento e Desencarceramento (ANSD) the Portuguese National Association for Rescue and Extrication.

He has been a Technical and Command Assessor for ANSD since 2013 and for the World Rescue Organization (Raščlanjivati) od 2015, having already participated in several national challenges in Portugal, the United Kingdom, Irska, Francuska, and Croatia.

He has been selected several times as an Assessor for several World Rescue Challenges, twice in Portugal (2015 i 2024), Brazil 2016, Rumunija 2017, Južna Afrika 2018, Luksemburg 2022, and Croatia 2025.

In February 2024, he was appointed WRO Deputy Extrication Lead, joining a team of 5 s.m.e. from USA, Južna Afrika, Irska, and the United Kingdom.

Mark Brennan – Vodstvo traume

Yves Marx – Zamjenik traume

Radeći u luksemburgu vatrogasnog i spasilačkog korpusa (CGDIS) Bila sam za 6 Godine šef Logistike i tehničke službe Nacionalne škole za vatrogasce i sada zaduženo za logistiku u uredu generalnih direktora.

U 2014 Pridružio sam se LRO -u (Luksemburg spasilačka organizacija), gdje sam postao član odbora i koordinatora traume u 2016.

Nakon što je postao nacionalna trauma, Procjenitelj Nazvan sam medicinom & Procjenitelj traume od strane Wro u 2015. Član WRO -a od 2023 Iste godine sam se imenovao za zamjenik traume.

Wro -zamjenik sekretara – Maria Chin

Maria je šef umirovljene divizije iz odjela za spašavanje vatrogasnog odjela u Miami-Dadeu (MDFR), nakon 30 godina. Sudjelovala je kao članica Team Blackheart i natjecala se u nekoliko natjecanja Wro Trauma. Pored svojih iskustava koja se natječu i pomažu timovima, Također je certificirani procjeniteljica u Sjevernoameričkom udruženju za spašavanje vozila (Istraga). Maria ima strast prema treningu i bila je ured za obuku regruta OIC gdje je olakšala 40 regrutujte nastavu za MDFR. Ona je instruktor žive vatre II; Instruktor vatrogasne službe III i nacionalni certificirani paramedičar. Služila je 22 Godine u Izvršnom odboru Unije vatrogasaca Metro Dade, tri mandata kao tajnik, a bio je i tajnik zavra. Nedavno, Maria je dobila certifikat Svjetske spasilačke organizacije (Raščlanjivati) procjenitelj i vraća globalnoj zajednici podržavajući misiju poučavanja prevencije, sigurnost, izdvajanje i hitne medicinske postupke. Trenutno služi u ulozi zamjenika tajnika za Wro.

Roger Llinàs – Deputy Extrication Lead

Became a firefighter in 1985, at Generalitat de Catalunya Fire and Rescue Service, when he was really young, and nowadays is still on duty. All his career has worked in the metropolitan area of Barcelona, today as officer and Fire Station Chief. Is car crash instructor in his F&R Service since 1994.

He was participant as team leader in several regional, national and international events and he became national assessor of APRAT in 2008 and WRO assessor in 2011.

Until today, he has been assessor in six WRC, usually as command assessor.

He has been the regionals and nationals challenge’s responsible of APRAT during the last years.

He studied as a nurse when he was a young firefighter and did two postgraduate courses related with the Emergency Management, and he is currently teacher at the Barcelona University in a Master for medical and nurse students whom want to work in emergencies.

I am a distinguished emergency services veteran with nearly four decades of experience in pre-hospital emergency medical and rescue services. Od 1992, I have served with the South African Department of Health, currently holding the position of Medical Rescue Coordinator for the Free State Province.

My career began in 1986 with the Fire and Ambulance Services. I have since evolved into a premier Rescue Instructor, with over 30 years of academic experience at the Free State College of Emergency Care and the University of Johannesburg.
