MEMBERSHIP LEVEL 3
Comprises of member organisations working towards Level Two that meet the entire Level Three criterion (see membership criteria below). Level Three member organisations may nominate two observers to represent their organisation at WRO committee meetings. Level Three members will have no voting rights.
Criteria:
- Must demonstrate interest in, or be in the process of, developing a National Rescue Organisation which is recognised by the WRO and which follows WRO guidelines.
- Must demonstrate the capability to organise and run a National Rescue Challenge on an ongoing basis.
